About the Role

The Sales Advisor is a key member of our team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth. As a proud ambassador of Ted Baker, you will be passionate about our brand and committed to providing a warm and memorable customer experience.

Main Responsibilities

  • Customer Service
    • Provide a high level of service to customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
    • Use all available tools and information to keep up-to-date on current products and increase awareness of the product range.
  • Product Knowledge
    • Develop a keen personal interest in Ted Baker and support brand messaging.
    • Follow merchandising guidelines, replenishment methods, and housekeeping standards to ensure the store is represented at the highest level.
  • Commercial Acumen
    • Deliver Greet, Observe, Talk, Fit, Assist, Thank (GOTFAT) with enthusiasm and consistency, understanding the impact of actions on the customer experience and sales.
    • Have a good understanding of the variety of customer profiles and use sales techniques to build loyal customer relationships.
  • Operations
    • Follow company policies and procedures with an ability to work unsupervised.
    • Adhere to all company health and safety procedures and report any potentially unsafe conditions to management.
