Mental Health Services Director

We are looking for an exceptional Registered Manager to lead our Rugby Service team – Moultrie Road. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about providing high-quality care and support to individuals with severe mental illness.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the service, ensuring that all staff are trained and supported to deliver excellent care. They will also be responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures that promote positive outcomes for residents.
A competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum is offered for this role, depending on experience. In addition to the salary, we offer a range of benefits, including access to a wellbeing hub, flexible working arrangements, and a contributory pension scheme.
Responsibilities:- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the service.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures that promote positive outcomes for residents.
- Ensure that all staff are trained and supported to deliver excellent care.
