**Leadership Opportunity:**

We are seeking an experienced Director of Mental Health Services to lead and work as part of our Rugby Service team – Moultrie Road. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will play a critical role in shaping the strategic direction of our services.

**Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement safe and effective service models that meet the needs of individuals with severe mental illness.
  • Lead a team of healthcare professionals in delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards, including those related to CQC registration.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners, including statutory agencies.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and learning.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including incident reports, complaints logs, and staffing levels.

**Requirements:**

  • Strong leadership and management skills, with a proven track record of success in healthcare or social care.
  • Degree in a relevant field, such as nursing, psychology, or social work.
  • Postgraduate qualification or certification in a relevant area, such as leadership, management, or project management.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a senior leadership role in healthcare or social care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and partners.

**Salary:** £60,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience.
