This is an exciting opportunity to join our growing charity and be part of our transformation journey. As a Registered Manager, you will play a key role in shaping our services and ensuring that our residents receive high-quality care that meets their changing needs.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading Safely: Ensure safe systems of work are implemented, including personal safety and lone working, complying with Rethink Mental Illness' safety policies.
  • Maintaining Quality: Improve the quality of information recorded on Rethink Information System (RIS) and support staff in its use.
  • Managing Incidents: Manage incidents and accidents effectively, adhering to policies and regulatory notifications.
  • Developing Staff: Provide effective line management, handling conduct, performance, and attendance issues.
  • Building Relationships: Develop strong relationships with staff, residents, and external partners.

In return, we offer a competitive salary of £60,000-£70,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits, including:
