**Lead the Way with Our Operations Leadership Development Role**
We're looking for a driven and ambitious individual to join our team as an Operations Leadership Development Programme Lead. This exciting opportunity will see you develop your leadership skills, complete a degree, and gain invaluable experience in our engineering operations team.
As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for ensuring customer orders are fulfilled, assigning work to employees, developing subject matter expertise, and creating a safety culture.
The 3-year program is delivered by Manchester Metropolitan University and includes lectures, skills development, and a work-based project. You'll also have the chance to work on high-profile projects, develop your technical skills, and build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
The estimated salary for this role is £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- Eligibility for government funding
- Living in the UK or EU for 3 years
- Being a resident of the UK for 36 months
- Two A levels at grade 'C' or above
- Minimum of two years' experience in a supervisory role
