About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Internal Sales Executive to join our team at Gradu8. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing the registration and tracking the progress of building and construction projects across the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Working closely with our clients, you will review data daily and provide up-to-date information and action requirements to your colleagues.
  • You will develop relationships with existing and potential builders and main contractors, downloading useful parts of enquiries from various portals.
  • Building an "engine room" for the company, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our database of clients and projects.
Requirements
  • You will need strong customer service skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • A positive and supportive attitude, with the ability to work as part of a team and on your own initiative, is essential.
  • Excellent attention to detail, energy, and enthusiasm are required for this role.
  • You will need to have a good understanding of construction drawings and be a natural problem solver with the ability to deliver workable solutions.
  • Experience working with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems or other databases is desirable.
