Job Title: Director of Analysis

We are seeking an experienced Director of Analysis to join our team at Michael Taylor Search & Selection Ltd. As a Director of Analysis, you will be responsible for leading a team of estimators in preparing estimates and cost planning for a portfolio of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assessing internal & external risk, as well as client risk.
  • Overseeing bid management – both internal and external meetings.
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers.
  • Assessing the risk levels associated with the project.
  • Management of estimating team.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in estimating and cost planning.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
