As a Charity Partner, you will work closely with our lead charity partner and team members to advise well-known high-profile national and local clients on a broad range of charity matters, including:

  • Start-up and registration
  • Trustee duties and responsibilities
  • Governance matters
  • Strategic issues
  • Mergers
  • Serious Incident reports

You will have the freedom to draw on and have use of the immense capabilities, support and market leading sector strengths and reputation of our award-winning law firm.

Your Skills and Experience

We are looking for someone with significant experience acting for charity clients who will thrive working in a highly professional, collaborative and progressive environment. You will have enthusiasm, energy and a desire to help build a leading charity team.

You might be at Managing Associate / Legal Director level looking for career progression or an existing partner. Either way, you will be wanting a fresh challenge and one where you can add real value as you help our client to achieve its vision.
