Maxillofacial Consultant in Head and Neck Surgery

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maxillofacial Consultant to join our team at University Hospitals of Leicester NHS Trust. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, participating in multidisciplinary team meetings, and contributing to the development of the department.
Key Responsibilities- Participate in microvascular on-call rotas at LRI
- Manage oncology and reconstruction cases
- Supervise and train junior medical staff
- Contribute to clinical sessions and teaching
- Develop and implement new ways of working and coordinating care for patients

Person Specification- Full GMC and GDC registration
- MB BS or Equivalent
- Current ATLS certificate
- MRCP/MRCS or equivalent
- Fully trained in Maxillofacial Surgery
- Trained in Head & Neck Surgery
- Experience in leading teams
- Ability to work effectively as part of MDT and supervise juniors
