Position Overview
The University Hospitals of Leicester NHS Trust is seeking a dedicated Consultant in the Maxillofacial Surgery Department.
This role is situated within a dynamic and growing department that provides comprehensive Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery services to a diverse population. The department is recognized for its extensive experience in handling routine oral surgical cases and maxillofacial trauma, with specializations in areas such as Head and Neck Oncology, Oral and Facial Reconstruction, and Facial Trauma.
The successful candidate will be engaged in a variety of clinical responsibilities, particularly focusing on dento-alveolar procedures and outpatient care across multiple locations. A flexible work schedule will be established to meet the operational needs of the service.
Key Responsibilities
The role encompasses a full-time commitment, with the opportunity to contribute to the educational development of junior staff and students. Candidates are encouraged to pursue specialized interests within the field.
