Risk Management Director

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Risk Management Director to join our team at Ant Financial. As a key member of our risk management function, you will play a critical role in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks that could impact our business.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain a robust risk management framework that aligns with our business objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and provide recommendations for risk mitigation and control.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective risk management practices are in place.
- Stay up-to-date with relevant industry regulations and ensure our risk management practices are compliant.
- Design and implement risk metrics to measure and monitor risk exposure.
- Develop and maintain risk awareness programs to educate employees on risk management best practices.
- Review and enhance the quality of risk management oversight.
- Deliver regular risk analysis reports to senior management.
- Significant risk management experience in a regulated financial institution.
- Commercial judgment and analytical skills to make sound recommendations on risk issues.
- Working knowledge of the regulatory environment in which Ant Financial operates.
- Experience in e-commerce, payments, or financial services industry is preferred.
- Open to change and adaptable to evolving regulatory and controls landscape.
