Reward Business Partner

We are working with a leading FMCG client in Sheffield to find an experienced Reward Business Partner for a newly created role within their function. The successful candidate will take the lead on delivering all UK annual compensation activities, including annual benefits renewal, bonus processing, and pay reviews.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Reward Analyst or Reward Advisor looking to take a step up to a Reward Partner role or an experienced Reward Partner seeking a new challenge. Our client has a collaborative and supportive culture, with a Head of Reward who is passionate about developing people.
You will have a lot of autonomy in this role and will be treated with trust and respect. As a Reward Business Partner, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with the HR team and stakeholders, working closely with the Head of Reward on initiatives that are influenced by senior managers and stakeholders at the MD level.
This is a hybrid role, with the opportunity to work 2 days per week in Sheffield and the rest of the week from home. Our client is offering a competitive salary, pension, bonus, and 25 days holiday.
