We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at The Crescent Day Service. As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing postural management and a range of activities to adults with learning disabilities and complex needs.

You will work closely with our carers, health, and multidisciplinary colleagues to ensure a high quality of care and support is provided. You will be expected to work as a co-keyworker with a small number of service users, promoting their independence, choice, dignity, health, and wellbeing.

You will have good literacy, numeracy, and IT skills to fulfill your role. You will be required to support with personal care needs, maintaining overall hygiene, and ensuring individuals' independence, choice, dignity, health, and wellbeing are always being promoted.

We are looking for someone who is able to communicate effectively, motivate, and work as part of a team. You will be provided with regular supervision and access to ongoing training and development to enhance and develop your career in Adult Social Care.
