We are seeking a highly skilled Disability Care Social Work Professional to join our team at Leaders in Care, a leading provider of care services in the South East, UK.

This 6-month rolling contract offers a great opportunity to work with a stable authority, providing manageable caseloads and supportive management.

As a professional in disability care, you will work closely with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure safeguarding measures are in place and promote the welfare and safety of every child.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out assessments and develop care plans tailored to meet the needs of children and their families
  • Provide support services to meet the needs of children with physical, learning, and development disabilities

The successful candidate will have:

  • A Social Work qualification and full registration to Social Care England
  • Experience working with children with disabilities and their families
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills

The estimated salary for this role is £45,000 per annum, reflecting the importance of this role in supporting vulnerable children.
