We are seeking an experienced Learning Disabilities Social Worker to join our team in the London Borough of Redbridge. As a Learning Disabilities Social Worker, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of individuals with learning disabilities, providing person-centered care and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Case Load Management
  • Completing reviews and assessments
  • Working alongside other agencies

The ideal candidate will have post-qualifying experience as a Learning Disabilities Social Worker, HCPC Registration, and 1-2 years of experience within the UK Social Care industry.

The estimated salary for this position is £38,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
