Business Development Lead

This is an excellent opportunity for a Business Development Lead - Retail Operations to join our Plymouth Office and drive sales growth through the development of new business opportunities and the management of existing accounts.
Your primary focus will be on identifying and pursuing potential customers, building relationships, and negotiating sales agreements.
You will work closely with our team to understand customer needs and preferences, and develop targeted sales strategies to meet these requirements.
We are looking for an experienced sales professional who can build strong relationships with customers, drive revenue growth, and contribute to the success of our business. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sales success, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Salary: £31,750 per annum (approximately) + Performance-Based Bonus (£4,250 - £7,000 per annum)
