Business Development Executive

NJR Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of customers in the clearance stock market across the UK and Europe.
Job Description:
- To develop and implement effective sales strategies to grow revenue and increase customer satisfaction.
- To build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and deliver targeted solutions.
- To collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure customer needs are met and our services are delivered effectively.
- To stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a sales or business development role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
