Highland Trauma Unit Nurse Specialist

Located in a 30 bedded unit, we are seeking a Band 3 Health Care Support Worker to join our dynamic team. Our team provides high-quality nursing care to patients with Orthopaedic injuries.
We operate on 12.5 hour shifts, including both day and night shifts, offering flexibility and variety to the successful candidate. While Orthopaedic experience is not necessary, a genuine interest in caring for patients with such injuries is essential.
Nursing Team Culture
We have a well-established team that works collaboratively to deliver exceptional patient care. We cater to a diverse range of injuries resulting from trauma, including hip fractures, long bone fractures, spinal injuries, soft tissue injuries, infections, and other Orthopaedic conditions.
Additionally, we care for patients with Dementia and provide ongoing training for all staff members. Our Dementia Champion Nurse ensures that every individual receives compassionate and respectful care.
