Job Title: Court Enforcement Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Court Enforcement Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating and updating records using our in-house system.

Main Duties:

  • Creating and updating records using the in-house system
  • Dealing with customers via telephone, email, and other communication channels
  • Interpreting information and making evidence-based decisions
  • Printing and dispatching court orders and court-based papers
  • General administration duties as required and post opening

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Familiarity with data protection principles and regulations
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks efficiently
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging situations

Salary: £11.59 per hour (increasing to £11.88 per hour after 12 weeks), approximately £23,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
