Job Overview:

As a Health and Safety Manager at 3D Personnel, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the well-being of employees and maintaining a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and implement effective health and safety policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Investigate and document all accidents and incidents.
  • Provide training and support to employees on health and safety matters.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records of health and safety training and inspections.
  • Liaise with external health and safety consultants and regulatory bodies.
Requirements:
  • Relevant qualifications in health and safety (e.g., NEBOSH Diploma).
  • Proven experience in a health and safety role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Salary:

£65,000 - £90,000 per annum.
