About the Role:

Lead Quality Strategy Deployment

  • Develop and execute the quality strategy across the assigned line of business.
  • Coordinate activities to meet quality standards for projects, products, and services.

Quality Culture and Excellence

  • Provide leadership to promote quality culture and excellence within the line of business.
  • Ensure consistent quality standards meet internal and external requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop quality-process links with customers, internal and external, in line with the Business Management system.
  • Oversee compliance and embedding quality processes across the line of business.
  • Work with stakeholders to support problem-solving and continual improvement activities.
  • Develop and implement advanced quality techniques based on risk management.
  • Coaching and developing a team of Quality Engineers to deliver quality outputs.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar role within an electronics, avionic, automotive, defence, space, or advanced manufacturing industry.
  • Good understanding of quality tools, life cycle management, and/or advanced product quality planning.
  • Excellent knowledge of Root Cause and Corrective Action analysis tools.
  • Experience in quality auditing to AS9100/ISO9001/DAOS, including the Supply Chain.
  • Strategic and solution-oriented thinker with good organisational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, analytical skills, and attention to detail.
