Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Job DescriptionAs a Change and Process Innovator at Innova Solutions, you will be responsible for partnering with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to develop, deliver, and sustain business processes and operating technologies associated with SAP Product Compliance module. You will work closely with global operations teams to implement these processes across our hubs, driving deployment, user acceptance testing, training, cut-over, and hypercare.
You will contribute to setting the strategic direction for SHE Management processes with the Enterprise Process Owner (EPO), partner with the BAU Business Process Owner, and senior leads to drive processes towards that strategic direction. Ensuring that defined processes enable future business needs.
Your typical accountabilities will include:
- Leading Axial Program activities for Product Compliance Management Business Processes specifically associated with Dangerous Goods and Safety Product Data Sheets.
- Partnering with experts to define enterprise-wide standardized and repeatable processes adopting standard use of SAP S/4 HANA within the Product Compliance area, minimizing local customization.
Key responsibilities will also include:
- Ensuring future state processes enable compliance with all applicable regulatory standards.
- Championing new strategies to improve business processes and ensuring business continuity, meeting current and future business requirements.
- Collaborating with program and business IT teams to define IT requirements for processes and reporting.
- Collaborating with program and business data teams to define data requirements for processes, analytics, and reporting.
- Creating and sustaining key artefacts required to develop a successful transition to next-generation SAP ERP, including end-to-end process maps, roles descriptors, enterprise-wide SOPs, and process controls.
- Networking with colleagues across the business to identify improvement opportunities, driving forward the Lean journey.
- Ensuring non-SAP system requirements are understood and considered in process, IT, and data designs.
- Establishing and actively managing relationships with diverse pools of key stakeholders throughout to ensure commitment and understanding to program objectives.
- Establishing and implementing KPIs to drive forward SHE Management efficiency and effectiveness.
- Leading change and deployment activities for processes in scope, delivering change required as defined by the Axial program.
