About the Role

As a Senior Digital Strategy Manager at TUI, you will be responsible for leading the digital strategy across all of Marella Cruises' channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive digital strategy that drives business growth and customer engagement.
  • Create and communicate the digital customer journey roadmap, working closely with stakeholders to prioritize and deliver features that increase conversion and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Oversee all digital governance, including scope definition, prioritization, dependency mapping, stakeholder approval, communication, and implementation planning.
  • Work with stakeholders to generate new ideas and ensure regular updates on progress.
  • Analyze data to ensure digital products and features have a clear line of sight to business value and are prioritized to deliver maximum commercial and customer benefit.
  • Foster a user-centric mindset across digital developments and use customer and operational feedback to fix pain points and react to market changes.
  • Collaborate with Trading and Onboard Revenue teams to drive digital developments that improve commercial performance.
  • Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders across Marella, TUI Group & TUI UK, ensuring awareness and alignment of roadmaps impacting Marella across the wider business.

  • Solid expertise in business understanding, product discovery, planning, and development with a strong product mindset.
  • Demonstrated experience in setting clear KPIs, OKRs, and goals for yourself and your team.
  • Customer and commercially focused with passion for operational excellence.
  • Able to contribute to making clear and well-thought recommendations to influence decisions.
