Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Event Operations Manager to manage the logistics of our events, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, excellent communication skills, and experience in designing and delivering B2B physical and digital conferences.

Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Manage event delivery to ensure timely and within-budget completion
  2. Sourcing and negotiating venue contracts and suppliers
  3. Develop and manage event budgets and forecasts
  4. Collaborate with Sponsorship to develop revenue-generating ideas
Requirements
  • Strong project management skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience designing and delivering B2B physical and digital conferences
  • Good negotiation skills when procuring services
  • Budgets and forecasting experience
