We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our Primary Care Team at NHS England. In this role, you will provide high-level administrative support across a range of deliverables, specifically for the Primary, Community and Personalised Care Team.

Main duties of the job
  • Front-line Communication: Function as a point of contact for the team, dealing with complex and sensitive information from various stakeholders, both internally and externally.
  • Mailbox Management: Monitor and manage the generic PCPC mailbox, responding to queries and ensuring timely resolution for the three portfolios: Urgent Response and Acute Deterioration, Intermediate and Long-Term Care, and Preventative and Pro-active Care.
  • Meeting Support: Provide administrative assistance for PCPC team meetings, including organisation, room booking, and distribution of papers.
  • Collaboration and Flexibility: Work effectively with other administrators to maintain open communication channels, handle visitors, and cover general duties.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and organisational skills, be able to work independently, and have experience collaborating remotely with geographically dispersed teams.
