About the Role:
This is a dynamic position where you will work closely with our part-time Financial Controller and group HQ. Your key responsibilities include:
• Bookkeeping tasks: Reconciliations, sales ledger management, supplier bill matching, and payment handling.
• Month-end processes: Management account reconciliations and inter-company transactions.
• Client and cost management: Supporting client reporting requirements and assisting Account Directors with cost management.

About You:
We are looking for someone with a solid grasp of double-entry bookkeeping and experience in an accounts environment, preferably within a smaller business. You should have strong Excel skills, with Sage experience being a plus. A methodical approach, excellent attention to detail, and a proactive mindset are essential. Professional business communication skills in English are required, with French fluency being a big bonus but not essential.

Salary and Benefits:
The salary for this role is up to £35,000 per annum, with an annual bonus included. You will also receive 28 days' holiday, including three at Christmas, and bank holidays. This is a hybrid working opportunity, with three days spent in our London Bridge office and two days working from home.
