Job Description

Travelfusion is a leading travel technology company that aggregates content for Low Cost Carriers and Full Service Carriers, processing hundreds of millions of daily transactions and tens of thousands of daily flight bookings.

Our platform powers the world's leading online leisure and business travel agencies, as well as meta search and travel ecommerce sites. We also offer shopping and bookings of hotels and rail operators.

As a dynamic SaaS technology company, we are rapidly growing and profitable with 160 employees based in London, Shanghai, and Thessaloniki.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyse market trends, competitive positioning, and business performance to create strategic initiatives that enhance the company's market position and operational efficiency.
  • Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and benchmarking to identify opportunities and risks in the tech landscape.
  • Work closely with the executive team to assess the company's strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT analysis).
  • Define strategic initiatives and translate them into actionable plans with clear objectives, timelines, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Monitor and report on the progress of key initiatives, ensuring that projects are on track to meet objectives.
  • Identify roadblocks or challenges in execution and develop solutions to mitigate risks and ensure successful outcomes.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in strategic planning, corporate strategy, or management consulting, ideally within the tech industry.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and turn insights into actionable strategies.
  • Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously, with strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
