Job Title: Director Diversity

Travelfusion is a dynamic SaaS technology company that powers the world's leading online leisure and business travel agencies. We are seeking a Director Diversity to join our team in London, Shanghai, or Thessaloniki.

About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned professional with 8+ years of experience in strategic planning, corporate strategy, or management consulting. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to interpret complex data.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and risks in the tech landscape.
  • Work closely with the executive team to assess the company's strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT analysis).
  • Define strategic initiatives and translate them into actionable plans with clear objectives, timelines, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Monitor and report on the progress of key initiatives, ensuring that projects are on track to meet objectives.
  • Identify roadblocks or challenges in execution and develop solutions to mitigate risks and ensure successful outcomes.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in strategic planning, corporate strategy, or management consulting.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously, with strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
