Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £11.90 per hour, plus mileage. In addition to this, you'll receive a range of benefits including enhanced occupational maternity and adoption pay, enhanced occupational paternity pay entitlement, death in service payment, pension scheme, benefits and wellbeing platform, 28 days annual leave (pro rata), refer a friend scheme, cycle to work scheme, and eligibility for a Blue Light Card with access to over 15,000 discounts nationwide.

Job Description

As a Home Care Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting our clients to live safer and more supported lives in their own homes. You'll follow individual care plans and assist with personal care, helping clients to bathe, dress, manage incontinence, use the toilet, and support them with their medication. You'll also help with practical tasks like shopping, mealtimes, and housework.

Required Skills and Qualifications

We're not looking for any specific social care experience, but we do need you to be compassionate and able to care. You'll need to be resilient too and willing to learn new skills and develop your knowledge as part of a close-knit team.
