Job Description

Role: DevOps Lead

Location: Remote (Hybrid 2 or 3 Days/Week)

Job Type: Contract (400 per day)

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement new development tools and infrastructure
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and convey them to developers
  • Develop and implement automation and improvement processes for development and release
  • Test and analyze code written by others
  • Ensure system security and integrity against cybersecurity threats
  • Identify technical problems and develop software updates and fixes
  • Work with software developers and engineers to ensure development follows established processes
  • Plan and participate in project management decisions
  • Develop and maintain mission-critical information extraction, analysis, and management systems
  • Implement streaming analysis algorithms to generate question-focused data sets
  • Provide direct and responsive support for urgent analytic needs
  • Participate in architecture and software development activities
  • Translate loosely defined requirements into solutions
  • Use open-source technologies and tools to accomplish specific use cases
  • Use coding languages or scripting methodologies to solve problems
  • Collaborate with others to brainstorm solutions for complex technological infrastructure, security, or development problems
  • Perform incremental testing actions to identify ways to streamline execution and minimize errors

Requirements:

  • 8-10 Years Experience with Azure Cloud & Azure Services
  • Experience in Infra Design, Estimations, and Impact Assessment for complex requirements
  • Experience of automating processes using Helm for managing Kubernetes deployments
  • Good understanding of the software development lifecycle and DevOps culture
  • IaC with Terraform, alongside Automation with Ansible
  • Strong CI/CD knowledge, with hands-on work across Azure DevOps
  • Prior work with tools such as Native Azure DevOps Deployment, TeamCity, Octopus Deploy etc
  • Experience in Observability tools like Splunk, Prometheus, and Dynatrace
  • History of Scripting (PowerShell, NodeJs, Python etc)
