Business Development Leader

We have an exciting opportunity for a Head Regulatory Operations at Cast UK Limited. This role involves overseeing daily operations and leading the operations team towards business success. The estimated annual salary for this position is £95,000 - £120,000.
About the Opportunity:- Lead the daily operations team, ensuring effective supply chain management, production, inventory control, quality assurance, and logistics.
- Work closely with department heads to establish KPIs, track progress, and implement improvements.
- Maintain a culture of innovation and creativity within the operations team, adhering to health, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Analyse financial data, including budgets and forecasts, to support strategic decision-making.
- High-level operational leadership experience within the distribution sector or a related field.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, enabling informed decision-making.
- Expertise in inventory management strategies and production planning techniques.
- Ability to prioritise tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a dynamic setting.
- Familiarity with industry regulations and standards relevant to operations, safety, and quality assurance.
