We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Sales Support professional to join The FISER Group's Wholesale Team in a dynamic role that requires strong communication and relationship-building skills. The successful candidate will be instrumental in providing top-tier support to Business Development Managers (BDMs) and their professional clients across the UK, and contribute to the team consistently meeting its sales and revenue targets.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A proactive mindset with the ability to perform well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven professionalism and competence in client interactions
  • A strong work ethic with a commitment to taking ownership of responsibilities
  • IMC qualification or a commitment to complete and pass the IMC within 6 months of joining

The successful candidate will be involved in:

  • Building and maintaining strong, productive relationships with the BDMs you support
  • Communicating with clients to ensure the efficient exchange of information
  • Collaborating closely with the Wholesale team to meet distribution targets for a variety of investment products
  • Managing external client inquiries, primarily from wealth management and advisory firms
  • Developing a comprehensive understanding of the business landscape and the diverse products offered, including Fixed Income and Multi-Asset
