We're excited to offer an apprenticeship program for ambitious individuals who want to develop their skills and knowledge in the field of heavy vehicle maintenance. As an Apprentice HGV Technician, you'll work closely with experienced technicians to learn the latest advancements in the field.

This exciting opportunity includes access to comprehensive training programs, including virtual reality training and classroom learning. You'll also have the chance to work with state-of-the-art trucks and equipment, gaining hands-on experience in repair and maintenance techniques.

We estimate that this role will earn an estimated salary of £60 per hour, which may be subject to change in line with 2025 salary reviews. Our benefits package includes access to a range of employee perks and opportunities for career advancement within the Volvo Group.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with repairs and maintenance of heavy goods vehicles using Volvo Standard Times and Special Tools.
  • Contributing to workshop maintenance and organization to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
  • Attending college courses and engaging in regular learning to achieve academic standards.
