About the Role:

The Simmance Partnership is seeking a highly experienced and ambitious Sales Director to lead the commercial strategy for our client, a global leader in the production of sparkling wines, wines & spirits. With a strong track record in the FMCG Grocery sector, you will be responsible for driving new developments in a highly dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of the commercial strategy, driving growth and innovation in the UK market.
  • Develop and execute a sales plan that meets or exceeds revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, driving sales and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improvement.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success as a Sales Director in the FMCG Grocery sector.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to develop and execute a sales plan.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
