About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our team as a Director of Sales Strategy - FMCG. As a key member of our commercial sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and category development for our FMCG clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and category development for FMCG clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop solutions to drive sales growth
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance sales skills and knowledge of FMCG clients
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in FMCG sales and category development
  • Strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
