Job Title: Senior Occupational Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Occupational Therapist to join our team at Pulse Healthcare.

About the Role:

As a Senior Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for providing leadership and guidance to junior staff, ensuring the delivery of occupational therapy student placements, and supporting the completion of appraisals and personal development plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate effectively with clinicians, managers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Provide compassionate and effective leadership to junior staff, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Develop and implement policies, protocols, and care pathways to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Support the development of junior staff, including mentoring and coaching.

Requirements:

  • Current HCPC registration.
  • Demonstrated evidence of highly effective clinical reasoning skills.
  • Specialist knowledge of relevant assessment and treatment models.
