About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Occupational Therapist to join our team at Pulse Healthcare.

This is a permanent full-time role based in Crawley, offering a competitive salary range of £35K - £40K depending on experience.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide effective leadership to junior staff, including support staff and assistants, to ensure the delivery of high-quality occupational therapy services.
  • Develop and implement policies, protocols, and care pathways to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients.
  • Support the completion of appraisals and personal development plans with junior staff to promote career growth and development.
  • Ensure the delivery of occupational therapy student placements to support the development of future professionals.

Requirements:

  • Current HCPC registration.
  • Demonstrates evidence of highly effective clinical reasoning skills.
  • Specialist knowledge of relevant assessment and treatment models.
