Job Title: KS2 Class Teacher

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated educator to join Class Act Teaching Services at a Primary School in Oxford. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of the KS2 curriculum and be able to teach a mixed Year 3/4 class.

The school has been rated Good under the Ofsted ratings and strives to be an inclusive environment, nurturing the belief in each child that they can make a difference. Our students come from diverse backgrounds and include those with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) who are supported by a Teaching Assistant.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans tailored to the needs of the class.
  • Monitor, assess, and report on student progress regularly.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized classroom environment with accessible resources.
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues within the classroom and throughout the school.
Key Requirements:
  • Qualified Teaching Status (QTS).
  • Recent mainstream school-based experience teaching in a Primary School.
  • Strong classroom and behavior management skills.
  • Desirable experience working with students with SEND.

Salary: £38,500 per annum, based on experience and qualifications. This is a full-time position.
