Sales Executive

We are seeking a skilled Sales Executive to join our team in Surrey and Kent, focusing on delivering outstanding customer experiences and driving sales growth.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading provider of housing for over 60s, offering high-quality apartments in desirable locations. As a Sales Executive, you will play a critical role in introducing customers to the world of independent living, providing expert advice on their purchase of apartments and lifestyle.
Main responsibilities include building strong relationships with customers, ensuring a hassle-free experience from initial enquiry to move-in day. You will work closely with onsite teams and offsite agents to achieve sales targets, develop site-specific knowledge, and identify new opportunities for growth and expansion.
In return, we offer a competitive salary of £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, plus a generous commission and bonus scheme. Benefits include 24 days holiday, company pension contribution, and wellbeing support.
