About the Role:
We're looking for someone who can drive our business forward, leveraging their expertise in hospitality and operations to deliver exceptional results. As a General Manager, you'll be responsible for:
- Developing a deep understanding of our business needs and identifying opportunities for growth
- Leading a high-performing team, ensuring seamless execution of daily activities and exceptional customer experiences
- Managing rota's and P&L, making informed decisions to drive business success
What We're Looking For:
We need someone who is comfortable leading from the front, has a good understanding of social gaming businesses, and has previous experience in a General Manager position. You'll be a quick thinker with a problem-solving attitude, able to work effectively in a team and communicate effectively with staff and customers.
