General Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to lead our new sporting concept in Kent. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and creating unforgettable experiences for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive revenue growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Lead a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and achieve business objectives.
  • Manage daily operations, including food, beverage, events, sports, and staffing, to ensure high standards are met.
  • Take ownership of managing rotas and profit and loss statements.

You Will Need:

  • Proven experience in a General Manager position, with a strong understanding of social gaming businesses.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to think critically and solve problems quickly, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Previous experience in a front-of-house role, with the ability to lead from the front.
