Business Development Manager Position
  BMS Performance is a leading provider of automated door solutions, and we are now seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in the South West region.

About the Role
  As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, and driving sales growth in the South West region. You will have a deep understanding of the automated door sector and be able to leverage your knowledge and expertise to drive business success.

Key Responsibilities
  
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach and relationship-building.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including QS's, Project Managers, Designers, and Estate Managers.
  • Manage existing projects to ensure timely completion and exceed sales targets.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance and provide insights to inform business decisions.

Requirements
  
  • Prior sales experience in the automated door sector or similar industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
