Establish a Strong Presence in the Market as a Regional Sales Manager for Daylight Systems
This is an excellent opportunity to join Mitchell Maguire, a leading Construction Field Sales Recruitment Consultancy, as a Regional Sales Manager specializing in Daylight Systems. The role will involve selling high-quality manufactured ranges of daylight systems, including roof glazing, roof windows, roof domes, large glass systems, daylight windows, glazing ventilation systems, smoke exhaust systems, and heat systems.
Your primary focus will be on generating specification with architects, building surveyors, tier 1 contractors, roofing contractors, and installers across various commercial projects such as universities, colleges, gyms, and hospitals. You will have a strong split between new business development and account management, ensuring continuous growth and expansion of your client base.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, with high levels of planning, punctuality, and prescience. They must have experience selling technical-related products, preferably glass, glazing, roof windows, daylight systems, glazing systems, cladding, facades, canopies, roof lights, skylights, ceilings, curtain walling, smoke ventilation systems, and facades.
A strong technical understanding and ability to conduct CPDs (Continuous Professional Development) are essential. Additionally, you should have a proven track record of selling through specification via architects or tier 1 contractors and have established contacts within the industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Selling high-quality manufactured ranges of daylight systems to architects, building surveyors, tier 1 contractors, and installers

- Conducting CPDs to showcase product expertise and build relationships
- Maintaining accurate records and updating CRM systems regularly
Benefits:
