About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Design Engineer to join our team at McElroy Resourcing. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and developing new products and improving existing ones using 3D modeling software.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Designing new products and developing improvements to our existing product portfolio using 3D modeling software.
  • Collaborating with our R&D team to create and modify parts and technical drawings.
  • Working closely with our engineering team to design and document new conversions, develop new processes, and update production build manuals.
  • Implementing new technologies, manufacturing processes, and materials.
  • Sourcing and liaising with suppliers of purchased components.
Requirements:
  • A degree in Mechanical Engineering or a relevant discipline.
  • 3 years of related design and development work experience.
  • Strong knowledge of 3D SolidWorks.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A team player with a strong work ethic.
