We are a leading manufacturer of mixing, blending, dispersion, and drying equipment for the chemical, adhesives, food, pharmaceutical, cosmetics, plastics, coatings, electronics, and other process industries.

**Job Location:** Hybrid Working

**Job Responsibilities:**

1. **Provide Technical Support**: Offer expert technical assistance to customers in the European market, including onsite consultation, analysis of issues, maintenance recommendations, construction planning, and product training.

2. **Manage Quality Control**: Handle customer complaints, conduct root cause analysis, submit analysis reports, and improvement plans, ensuring follow-up and resolution.

3. **Organize Technical Reviews**: Facilitate technical reviews and quality analysis meetings as needed, submit analysis reports, and corrective action plans.

4. **Develop Technical Documents**: Enhance and optimize technical support documents and maintenance SOPs, conduct training sessions.

5. **Collaborate with Teams**: Work with sales and engineering teams to meet customer needs, communicate effectively with customers, and enhance customer satisfaction.

6. **Safety Management**: Participate in safety management during onsite customer visits and assist in developing relevant safety operation training materials for customers.

7. **Project-Based Tasks**: Handle project-based and ad-hoc tasks assigned by leadership.

**Requirements:**

1. **Bachelor's Degree**: Hold a degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant professional certification.

2. **Experience**: Possess 3 years or more of experience in customer service or technical support with practical experience in mechanical operations and the ability to interpret engineering drawings.

3. **Problem-Solving Skills**: Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills.

4. **Communication Skills**: Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

5. **Language Skills**: Fluency in Speaking English is required.

6. **Industry Knowledge**: Possess knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations.
