Support Professional for SEND Students

Tradewind Recruitment is seeking a dedicated Learning Assistant to work with students with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) at a highly regarded school in Liverpool. This is an excellent opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of children and young people.
The Role:- Collaborate with teachers to adapt lesson plans and resources to meet the needs of pupils.
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.
- Assist with personal care needs, if required.
- Promote student's independence, confidence, and emotional well-being.
This role requires experience working with children or young people with SEND and a calm, empathetic, and patient approach to working with students. Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential.
