- Arrange alternative care for children when their parents or carers cannot provide for them.
- Make recommendations about whether a case has reached the threshold for statutory intervention.
- Promote autonomy and development with individuals who have complex social needs.
- Maintain accurate and high-quality records of activity on cases.
- Participate in planning and decision-making forums, including case discussions and strategy meetings.
- Degree or equivalent in Social Work.
- Current Social Work England Registration.
- Experience within Children's Services.
- Full Driver's License and use of a vehicle.
