Hospitality Manager

We are seeking a skilled Hospitality Manager to lead our team at Royal London House. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing booking reports, liaising with the Front of House team, and working with the General Manager to ensure financial targets are met.
Key responsibilities:
- Managing Booking reports for all Hospitality including occasional out of hours events
- Liaising with the Front of House team to ensure delivering with company standards
- Working with the GM to ensure all financial targets are met including costings and labour requirements
- To represent the on-site G&G team in a professional manor
- Managing the Front of House team and ensuring all team training is completed
- Working with the Kitchen team to keep the Hospitality menu fresh and enticing
- People management skills
