Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to lead our tool hire sales team in Essex. With a strong background in sales and a proven track record of success, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the tool hire industry, with experience in managing teams and developing strategies to achieve sales targets. You will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To manage and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • To develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
  • To build and maintain strong relationships with customers, identifying their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs.
  • To collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of sales services and support.
  • To analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a sales management role, preferably in the tool hire industry.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a team to achieve sales targets.
  • A degree in a relevant field, such as business or marketing.
