Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Distribution Centre Manager to lead and develop our East London distribution centre. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales-driven environments and excellent leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities
The Distribution Centre Manager will be responsible for:
1. Managing branch sales staff to ensure achievement of branch sales and profitability
2. Working with senior management to set sales strategy
3. Monitoring daily/weekly sales performance within the branch
4. Working with suppliers on target product promotions
5. Accountable for achieving and exceeding customer service levels
Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of £60,000 - £75,000 (DOE) plus bonus, company vehicle, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
